Direct Experience. Heart Exchange. Sacred Sparks.
Open for all. Undeniable presence is the naked experience of sharing our hearts. This retreat will explore the simple and direct presence of mahamudra shamatha-vipashyana, the compassionate heart exchange of the Four Immeasurables, and the creativity of sacred sense perceptions, tapping into the principles of Maitri Space Awareness.

Practical

Arrival day: Saturday 6 April. Orientation talk at 8 pm. You're invited to come from 4 pm in order to register and settle in your room. Dinner is served at 6.30 pm.

End of program: Monday 15 April. Closing circle and banquet in the evening.

Departure day: Tuesday 16 April. You may leave anytime (no programme). You're welcome to stay for lunch.

This programme is taught in English and will be translated in French. Requests for interpretation in other languages must be made in advance and confirmed (please indicate your request for interpretation on the registration page).
